How to return a product deliver in France or Belgium ?

Attention: These steps concerns orders delivered in France and Belgium only. If you have been delivered in another country, you can consult the return steps here.
Returns are free for orders delivered in France ! You have 45 days to return an item. We only accept returns if the label is still present on the product and it has never been worn. The products must be made new, reconditioned as their original state.
You have two options to return an item:
- Option A: Refund via Mondial Relay
1. Log in to your customer account on faguo.com
2. Once logged in, click on "My orders" and select the order you want to return
3. On the order details page, select the item(s) you want to return and specify the reason for your return.
3. On "My returns" page, generate your shipping label by clicking on "Download return label / Télécharger étiquette de retour".
4. You will be redirected to the Mondial Relay website, check your details and click on "Get my label / Obtenir mon étiquette".
6. Join the delivery note present in your package and drop your package in a Mondial Relay point.
7. Once we will receive your parcel, the refund will be made by bank transfer within 5 to 15 days (we process returns as soon as possible).
- Option B: Exchange or credit note via a FAGUO store (France only)
Attention: Exchange or credit only. You will have to choose a new product of equivalent value
- Use the delivery note included in your FAGUO order.
- Go to the FAGUO store of your choice (except for department store corners). See the FAGUO stores: the map!

Returns must be handled directly with the reseller. The management of stocks and after-sales service of a retailer is specific to him and answers to very precise management rules. We invite you to contact them to find a solution. They will certainly offer you an exchange or a credit note.
