We don't do exchanges via our website, we only offer refunds. If you wish to exchange a product purchased on our FAGUO website, you can it in store (except for department store corners and multi-brand retailers).
You can visit our store with your product and your delivery note.
If you don't have a FAGUO store near your place, you will have to return the item by post for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

To obtain an exchange or a credit note, go to one of our FAGUO stores with your receipt (except for department store corners and multi-brand retailers).
If you can't find your receipt, write to us via our contact form and tell us

- The date of the purchase
- The store where the purchase was made
You bought from one of our resellers ?
Returns and exchange must be handled directly with the reseller. The management of stocks and after-sales service of a retailer is specific to him and answers to very precise management rules. We invite you to contact them to find a solution.
