How to return an international order ?

Attention: These steps concerns orders delivered abroad (outside France and Belgium). If your order has been delivered in France, you can consult the return steps here.

International returns are at the customer's expense. Customs fee can apply and they are also to be taken charge of by the client.

You have 45 days to return your order. We only accept returns if the label is still present on the product and it has never been worn. The products must be made new, reconditioned as their original state.

Remember to enclose your delivery note in the return package, so that our teams can process your return.
